Today I discovered that technicians using 12.9" or 13" iPads can’t access Dial Plans in the new GoTo Admin Portal—only in the Classic Portal. With the Classic Portal being retired in August, this wil...

Yes it would be nice for the developers to have an option to resync a device without having to click into each device separately. The legacy portal ahs the double arrows in the shape of a circle that allows for this. The new portal does not.
Along with that - the legacy portal used to stay in the exact same spot when using the arrows to go to the next user. with the new portal, I am constantly having to scroll to find what I want. In addition, I have asked for the next arrow to be stationary and NOT move based on how long the name is. I would like next/back arrows to the left of the name or move it back over to the right hand side of the admin portal.
- KateG2 months agoGoTo ManagerM_Adams, bentechpart - an update, it is now possible in GoTo Admin to resync devices from the devices table, no need to go in the device overview to access these actions. From GoTo Admin, go in the Devices table. As you hover over a device, you will see three action buttons on the right hand side of the row: - Resync now
- Delete
- More
The Resync now action is available if the device is online. If the device is offline, it cannot resync. The More button contains: - Resync overnight
- Reboot now
With resync overnight, the device will resync during the night based on the PBX's timezone. Please note, we currently don't support to resync or reboot devices in bulk in GoTo Admin. We have initiatives to implement bulk actions on devices in GoTo Admin, and the resync should be a part of it. We will keep you updated.
