Issues with latest version of GoTo for Teams

Question

My regular GoTo program works fine on my PC but I normally use GoTo in Teams. Unfortunately the audio is not working in that app correctly. I cannot hear the caller. Multiple reboots, reinstalls etc. have proven unsuccessful. Switched headsets as well. Any way to install an older version of GoTo for Teams plugin? Currently on 4.12.1.

It's nice to see you. I don't see any known audio issues with the Teams Plugin. I recommend reaching out to Customer Support, who can examine your system and determine what may be causing the issue.
