Outbound message in French

 

As part of our support for our clients, we have a help desk.   The helpdesk takes calls on our product as well as monitors equipment.    When the equipment sends a warning, we contact the client, and they can respond.

We have clients in French/Quebec, and we have techs that speak French, but this is not a 24/7 coverage.

We want our PBX system to have on the "ready " a saved voice message that a non-French-speaking tech can send when necessary.
