Hello, has this been fixed yet? I'm experiencing the exact same issue & have all settings disabled but somehow I still get a pop-up window on my computer on each incoming phone call

Welcome to the Community. The team is evaluating the feedback on the new pop-up, in the mean time there are a few things you can do to manage the op-up:
- Docked mode: This article explains how to use docked mode to place the softphone into the app instead of having the softphone in a separate window.
- Use mini-mode: This post outlines how you can make the pop-up smaller.
- Vote: This Community Idea requests the softphone not take focus, or you can create your own idea where others can vote and comment. The analytics from community ideas help the team gauge interest.
Thank you, I have docked it to the app instead of the separate window in the meantime.
