Stop Ring Group Voicemails
How do I stop voicemails within a ring group (350). I want all voicemails in a ring group to go to my main extension (100).
Right now, all voicemails are going to ring group 350 and I don't have access to them on my phone app.

On the phone icon (at the bottom left) you have three tabs at the top, Calls / Voicemail / Fax
You tap on Voicemail and you can see your voicemail messages.How do I access this shared mailbox from my iPhone app?

You can use the "Alternate mailbox option" inside the Ring Group "Voicemail" Tab.
The alternate voicemail can only be a shared voicemail box, but you can configure both the ring group and the main extension to use the same shared voicemail box.

There is no option to send it to my Ext 100 mailbox in the drop down menu. Nothing shows there.

Welcome to the Community. If you are an admin you can change the voicemail to an alternative voicemail box. Have you tried this?
