    Hi BandyBoy

Welcome to the Community. Can you tell me a bit more about what you are trying to do with GoTo Connect? I need more context around this issue. What action/feature are you trying to access? Thanks.

In the meantime here's what AI has to say, have you tried this:

To resolve the "Unable to create working folder" issue on your Windows 10 computer, you may need to check the permissions for the folder where the application is trying to create the working folder. Here are some steps you can follow:

    1. Check Folder Permissions: Ensure that the user account running the application has write permissions to the folder where the application is trying to create the working folder.
    2. Run as Administrator: Try running the application as an administrator. Right-click on the application icon and select "Run as administrator."
    3. Create the Folder Manually: If the application allows, try creating the working folder manually in the specified location and see if that resolves the issue.
    4. Check Disk Space: Ensure that there is enough disk space available on the drive where the application is trying to create the folder.
