Update to Yealink phone to display DND status of another extension?

EvanW92​, I just wanted to circle back here. I don't have a specific timeline for implementing this feature. I have shared your need and interest with the team, and will continue to do so. Sorry to make you wait and not have better news. Please do continue to share your interest in features you need, we are happy to hear this. 

HI EvanW92​ Good to see you and thanks for the follow-up. I don't see this on the timeline yet, the program manager in charge of planning is currently on vacation and will return after labor day. I've made a note to follow up with them to see if I can get something more definitive. Thanks for your patience! 

Hello KateG​ and GlennD​ - I wanted to follow-up and see if this feature request to view an extensions DND status from other phones' BLF keys has had any progress?  We have had more of our clients that use Yealink desk phones provisioned with GoTo, ask about this feature within the past few months.

KateG- Do you all have any updates on this feature request to have the DND status indicate on other phones' BLF (speed dial w/presence keys)?

This request has become more frequent especially within the past few months from several of our clients that use GoTo and the Yealink phones provisioned on the system that would improve their business operations.

Checking with the team, it's still under consideration internally, though I don't have an ETA yet. I will keep this thread open along with the idea and will update when we hear more. 

GoTo Support created case # 20836561 when I called the Partner Support line to ask about a solution or an ETA on this feature.

Jhostin with GoTo was very helpful as he engaged their development team directly to get an update on this request.  Per his update, at this time, the development team confirmed they do not have a way just yet to add a visual notification on other phones when a user has DND enabled.  From what I was informed, they are still actively working on this and will let us know once there is an estimated release date.

If possible, please keep this forum/thread open until there is some sort of official update on this request.
