Audio stops working after sometime
During meetings, the audio stops functioning entirely for both the organizer and attendees. This issue has been persisting for the past two days and affects multiple accounts across different sessions.
Observations:
- When the audio issue occurs, attempting to join the meeting via the mobile app and communicating does not resolve the problem.
- Restarting the meeting temporarily restores audio functionality, but the issue reoccurs after a while.
Is there an issue with gotomeeting service? Looking for a resolution.

While there was an issue affecting audio between18:10 and 19:40 UTC on January 21, there are no current issues, your time submitting logs and affected meetings are appreciated.
I am sharing this thread with the team and apologize for the frustration.

KateGThis issue has been happening since Friday. We have 13 accounts affected. Rather than denying that the service is working fine, you need to investigate and resolve the issue. Please understand, it is not an isolated incident. Multiple customers are affected.
We have switched to Google meet as goto meeting is not working.

It's not the same account, Isc_RE is a customer with its own account (xxx) who first highlighted the issue after you said you had solved it, the other is mine when yesterday 2 other customers with their own accounts (xxx) had the same issue. To avoid having each of them write so many messages, I wrote one myself, hoping to focus you on the problem and not waste time on identifying which account belongs to whom. Obviously I was wrong.
In the meantime, the problem persists and is not limited to one account.moderator edit: removed personal information

Sorry to hear this, you appear to be on the same account. Sorry to hear you are having issues with audio.
Logs (if possible) are the best way to detect a particular problem. You can also report issues during the session by pressing the three dots on the top right and report an issue. Instructions are here

Although it was written on the GoTo Status Page that the issue has been resolved yesterday - https://status.goto.com/incidents/p1n56gvs1l8h - today a user reported to me that the audio problem still persists, in the same way as what happened yesterday.

We have exactly the same problem. In the last meeting yesterday, in the space of 2 hours the audio stopped working 5-6 times, making the meeting almost impossible to complete. I opened a support-ticket, but running meetings in incognito browser (we don't use own PCs), I don't have access to the logs. However I hope that the technicians are trying to solve the problem, because (fortunately?) I'm not the only one to suffer it.
