Cancel automatic renewal

I already communicated to stop automatic renewal. But still u did..i want refund and renewal in april

GoToMeeting customers that created their account online can cancel their subscription online at any time by disabling the auto-renew setting in their account. If you need to contact GoToMeeting support there is a Call Support link at the bottom of every support article, clicking this will give you access to our toll-free numbers. Since your account has already been renewed you will need to contact support.

cant find any customer support for cancellation on the automatic renewel for my gotomeeting acc !!!

Hello support team,

i have the same issue, I would like to cancel to auto renew on my subscription but the check boxes are greyed out.

I tried to follow you instruction in the solution here but could not find any possibility to contact the support.

Who can help me here?

  There is a Contact Support option on the side of every support article, please click on Contact Support and follow the directions and they will be able to assist you.
