Getting Access Denied error

I am getting an "access.denied" error while hitting the end point
https://api.getgo.com/admin/rest/v1/accounts/2831777235363894992/users?filter=%28firstName%20%3D%20%22.*.*%22%20%7C%20lastName%20%3D%20%22.*.*%22%29%20%26%20products%20%3D%20%22.*G2W.*%22
I created a Client using https://developer.goto.com/. Then after, I got the long access and reference tokens.
But whenever I hit this API I get forbidden error even though
I have give all access to my Client in the scope section(While Client creation). I am unable to find the root cause. This issue is same when I hit some of the API's  given https://developer.goto.com/admin page

Hoping for a response soon
