New subscription not visible in GoToMeeting
Hi all,
we have recently upgraded our license to " GoToMeeting Business - G2MBSOSS" with 5 seats.
In the billing portal (as corporate account) we can see that the new license is active. The otherone isn't visible anymore.
However, if I open a user (1 of our 5 seats) in the Admin section of GoToMeeting.
It still shows the obsolete "Organizer for GoToMeeting Starter" while this should be "Organizer for GoToMeeting Business"
Due to this the attendees that can attend a meeting isn't expanded as well.

Typically these corporate contract / provisioning issues must be handled by LMI Account Services. I will DM you some instructions on the next steps to contact them directly.
