Attendee experiencing waiting room screen during broadcast repeatedly
One of our customers/registrants keeps seeing the waiting room screen the entire time the broadcast takes place. They're experiencing this repeatedly when trying to tune into one of our broadcasts.
We can confirm that the broadcast is happening correctly as a member of our staff checks before each broadcast so we’re not sure why this registrant continues to experience difficulty in attending our webinar broadcasts.
