Billing Portal
Hi,
I'm trying to access our billing page but am receiving the below:
ERROR
ACCESS DENIED
Please click here to logout and try again.
Thanks for the additional detail. I checked with the team, the billing contact is the person who has access to the billing portal. The email that you are using here in Community is not the email on the contract.
If you know what email that is, can you try that. If if still doesn't work or to get access, you can reach out to customer support who can assist.
