Email notification for recorded webinars

Hi there,   Is there a way to be notified by email when users register for a webinar that has already been held and recorded?   Best regards, Max

    Hi Max,

    If using the original registration link, then you should receive emails for that webinar when someone registers to watch the linked cloud recording.

thanks for your quick response. However, if I use a link to view a specific recording I'm not able to get an e mail notification, right?

maximiliansteup  Correct:  Currently we don't have a way to send emails when someone views through standard recording links.  You would need to link the webinar recording to the original event (this is done by default with cloud recordings), and use the original registration link for that even (expires after 1 year) to receive email alerts.
