GTW Video Library recordings available to anyone who registers?

Our GTW events are set to record automatically and save to our video library. From there, we like to download the recordings and sometimes embed them on our website for specific user groups. I've ...

    Hi Jwhittle2365, welcome to the community.

     

    There are a couple of things you can check:
     

    • The registration settings for the webinar, there is a feature called After Session Video that sends late registrants to the recording

     

     

    • Is the recording being shared in the follow up emails?
    • Is someone sharing the link to the recording internally?
