Hybrid Audience

Hi,

I have a hybrid audience, where some of the attendees have been invited to attend a webinar for free and others need to pay a registration fee using the Stripe link. Can I have both types of webinar registration (free and paid) at the same time?

Also, I have 3000 participants. Should I use Standard webinar or Webcast?

Thanks!

  • Hi OxfordAerospace,

For 3000 attendees you will need to schedule this event as a webcast.

Can I offer a free entry to someone?

There are multiple ways to offer free entry.

    • Add discount codes – For example, you can create a “FREEPROMO” discount code with a $0 price.
    • Invite as panelist or co-organizer – You can invite the user as a panelist or co-organizer, which will give them some webinar controls. This option is good for a coworker or someone you want in the webinar that you trust.
    • Disable payment – You can change the payment back to "free" to allow registrants to register for free. Then add a price again to accept payments.
