i can not access GotoWebinar dashboard

everytime i access https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com, i redirected to https://myaccount.logmeininc.com/   this is my 1st time signup on gotowebiar LITE plan. any help please ? how can i access CHAT...

when i tried another browser then use VPN, i can access ADMIN CENTER

as you can see my GOTO WEBINAR LITE license is 0/1

 

does it mean i have 1 license but not in use ?? or the product NOT ACTIVATED yet ???
