when i tried another browser then use VPN, i can access ADMIN CENTER

as you can see my GOTO WEBINAR LITE license is 0/1
does it mean i have 1 license but not in use ?? or the product NOT ACTIVATED yet ???

and the issue is still there, i can not access https://dashboard.gotowebinar.com even if i used different browser and use VPN
