Multiple Issues Occured During Webinar for First Time

We recently attempted to host a webinar, very similar to what we have done multiple times in the past. However, during this session we ran into multiple issues with the GoToWebinar software. We did multiple tests both just before and weeks before the webinar but once we attempted to start, our webcam never moved from the "spinning" icon when we attempted to display it. Making it so we could not show any of our presenters. I should also note here that the "preferences" for our webcam did indeed show it was connected and displayed just fine in the preview window.

Then, when we attempted to restart the program in an attempt to fix it, we were unable to unmute our microphone (which again was showing as connected by GoToWebinar). The webcam was also still spinning and, on top of that, the "Start Broadcast" button would be clicked on and not react at all.

Lastly, even the audio from the computer speakers showed as "Audio Not Connected", so that we could not even hear from other presenters. I was wondering if there was any knowledge of these issues occurring all at once and what could be the cause of it?

    I'm sorry to hear about your webinar experience. It's difficult to say what may have happened, but overall connection issues could be a result of network performance, CPU usage, VPN or firewall issues.
