Here is one of the weird things about this discussion board. If someone selects one comment as the "accepted solution" then a copy of that comment is placed at the top of the thread, just under the original post. Thus in this case, my comment was accepted as the solution, so it appears at the top of the list and also appears in the order in which it was submitted to this discussion topic.

Gotcha, since you posted the (two screen shots) twice, I was thinking they were supposed to be different.
All good, thanks

The first image shows the button to push at the top level of the Dashboard.
Once you have pushed that button, the second image shows the expanded Recording section where you set the webcam recording preference.
I see two different screen shots in my browser, not sure why you do not. Maybe your web browser is playing tricks on you!

Thanks Chris, from your responses it seems there are two area's you can set the "webcam to be included in recording" but your screen shots were duplicates? Maybe I misunderstood

In the dashboard, click the bottom button that looks like a gear/cog.
Then open the Recordings section and look for the "Show webcams in recordings." Ensure that box is checked.

Besides the Auto-Record setting, there is also a setting on the online dashboard that allows you to include the webcam in the recording.
