Pardot - Salesforce more information via Interface

Hello everybody,

 

In principle, it is about the Pardot interface, which transfers certain characteristic fields from GoToWebinar to our CRM system. Here with GoTo probably only name, first name and e-mail address are transferred. However, our leads require significantly more data, which is probably handed over to other providers.

 

And here we have the question of whether the transfer of the maps via the Pardot interface is planned or will be implemented on the GoTo roadmap in the foreseeable future. Otherwise we will probably be forced to change the provider who can provide us with this very time-saving feature.

    Welcome to the Community. 

     

    While we offer all GoTo APIs freely online, it's up to developers how they integrate these into other platforms.  For example SalesForce can help their customers tie the two systems together, as well as integration specialists such as Zapier.
