Ive been informed that theres no way to stop your survey from showing up before mine. I have cancelled my service after 3 long years of using this service, I would advise to have this quality pop survey removed as soon as possible, as it will cause a great impact on clients who use the survey feature by reducing theirs. In the future if you guys do end up removing this, contact me and I would love to come back ,as Ive had an a great experience with gotowebinar for the last 3 years up until this point. Best of luck.

tanyapereyra as an update, the team has implemented changes so that the GTW survey will not display if a customer has enabled a post-session survey.

tanyapereyra Unfortunately, I don't have a confirmed date, it's scheduled to occur in the upcoming sprint which is traditionally 1-4 weeks.
