We have shared your experience with our product team, and the need to disable the survey has been expressed.
tanyapereyra as an update, the team has implemented changes so that the GTW survey will not display if a customer has enabled a post-session survey.

tanyapereyra Unfortunately, I don't have a confirmed date, it's scheduled to occur in the upcoming sprint which is traditionally 1-4 weeks.
