I recommend having the Webinar IDs of the affected Webinar ready to share in order for the support team to take a close look at what may be happening.

Hi Kate,
I think the case has accidentally been closed. How can we reopen it?
Is GoTo going through an update? I've been told some customers have the 'classic version' and others have a new version green header. They are also experiencing issues with features being glichy, i'm wondering if it's due to this system upgrade/transition.
