Recording link did not show up in follow up emails

HI,

Yesetday the follow up email to those who attended and those who did not attend our webcast did not include the link to the recording. We've presented over 475 webcasts, so we know how to set the system to automatically include the link. This was not user error. 

 

Also, the html links we add in the message are hot (hyperlinked) in the email message on PC and Mac, but not on mobile. 

 

The webinar in question is 3926140947981079902.

  • Was this issue resolved? 

    I am having the same problem. My follow-up emails do not include a link to the recorded webinar.

    Hi Fran_Simon I'm checking with the team to get further insight into why your meeting link wasn't included. 

     

    For the second issue, HTML links not available on a mobile device, were the links previously available on mobile devices? Is it all mobile devices or just iOS or Android?

      Hi Kate, the hyperlinks showed up in the post. They did not show up in both Android and Apple devices.

      Do you have information about why the link to the recording did not show up? We have another webinar this week with one 6,000 people registered and I know most are counting on the link to the recording. We can't have this happen again because we get a deluge of email.

        Hi Fran_Simon we were unable to find any issues using the Webinar key provided. A few questions for the first issue where the recording wasn't received: 

        • Was this for all devices, desktop, PC, Mobile? 
        • Approximately how many customers did not receive the email link? 
        • Can you provide a screenshot of the email? This would help us crosscheck in the backend to see what happened. 

        On the second issue:

        • is it possible to send a copy of the email the way it was received and the way it should look for comparison?
