Registration Server Issues, please try again later

Hello, 

 

We have a ton of big webinars this week and this server issue pop up has shown a few times. Just wonder if that's because we're having 400 to 600 all register in the last ten minutes each time we've seen this?

    The ones who reported this server pop up where all from the same org. So I had them get off their VPN, that fixed it.

    Hi Ken,

    There is an upper limit on the number of registrations that can occur simultaneously for an event, however 4-500 within 10 minutes of your event should not be a problem.  If this continues, please give us an affected webinar ID to check internally.
