Reminder Emails

Hello,

The past two weeks the 1 day before reminder emails have been hit or miss. Sometimes they go out and sometimes they don't. Seems the 1 hour before there isn't a problem.  Very odd since I haven't run into this in the past.

Is there a trigger to push all registrants reminders out manually? since the 1 day before sometimes has passed, I'd like to manually push it out?

Thanks

  • Ken4   I'm sorry about that.  Emails scheduled for delivery should be going out on time.  If this is not the case Customer Support can help investigate if you have specific webinar examples.

You can resend confirmations to individuals, but not to everyone at once.

A possible workaround for this is to make a change to the webinar description, and check the box to 'notify all participants', which will then send an email to every registrant and staff member with the new info.

slightly changing the description is a good idea rather than changing the title. I wanna blame on VPN but I haven't been on the VPN. I'm sure it's something on my end. Reminders for tomorrow's webinar are working fine so I'll monitor.

      Thanks

Yes, acceptable solution. I didn't see how to mark it as acceptable solution

Ken4  Clicking the 3 dots in the upper right of the Community thread should present several options, including 'accept as solution'.  I've marked this one now.
