Hi all,
We have broadcast few webcast webinar internally to play around and see how it looks like before the actual webinar. So far so good. The only issue that we have one of the attendees, they cannot see the recorded video using his iPhone. The present shared a video, play the video, other attendees that is using PC, Laptop and some other attendees using android phone can see the video but not this particular user.
We have done multiple test on multiple webinar, tried with different video in case the video is corrupted, but this particular user still cannot view the video.
Previously, he was able to watch the video when we are using classic GoToWebinar. But since we are using this new user interface, he is not able to watch the recorded video. We already asked him to reinstall the latest version, the issue still persist. he is using his own home wifi.
Phone Model: Iphone 15 pro max
OS: Ios 17.7.1
We wanted to try another test but now with more mobile phone user to check whether this is specifcally for him, or for all ios user as well.
