The team has found that the issue can be due to an encoding mismatch. By changing the encoding to utf-8 in the outlook setting, it should resolve the issue.
Below are steps to change the encoding in the outlook settings:
First go the ACTIONS Tab 2. Then Go to The Other Actions 3. Then Choose Encoding Option 4. Change the Encoding to utf-8
Note: Different Outlook versions have different steps to update their encoding rules. You can google the steps to take to update the encoding if this does not match what you currently see.
