Support desk not replying at all
I am trying since a couple of weeks to reach the support desk concerning the change in our Gotowebinar and gotomeeting subscription but no one is reponding at all. And we can't change anything to our subscription in the portal eventhough I am the administrator for our company. Can you please explain why no one is responsing?

I'm not sure why the case was stalled, but I do see you were able to get in touch with support today and the case was resolved. I apologize for the inconvenience and glad you were able to get a resolution.
