Support registration for '.inc' email domains

Why is it that '.inc' email domains aren't allowed to register for webinars hosted on GoToWebinar? It's a less common email domain, sure, but I don't get why they'd have a limitation with it at all.

    UPDATE:   .inc domains should be fully compatible, though we are working to also recognize larger domains such as .africa ...
