Thank you for the detailed feedback, it has been shared with the team and they are reviewing it. It's my understanding that the join option becomes available 2 minutes before the scheduled start time of the webinar, but as someone who likes to join webinars early myself I can appreciate how 2 minutes does not feel long enough.

In my three test virtual events, the Join button wasn't available until the actual event start time. It's been a couple of weeks, so I will try another test - maybe a 2-minute lead time has been added, which does help a bit. Sure would be nice if a longer time could be added (10 or 15 minutes would be ideal for my audience, but we usually start our regular live webinars 30 minutes ahead, for the early birds).
