If this is a webcast webinar, then that would explain the limitation. If you only have webcast scheduling ability, then we can currently upgrade your plan to include other webinar types (previously limited on Lite plans).

It affects all attendees joining with the web app. I personally use Chrome 85.0.4183.102 on Windows 10 Pro 2004.
