Webinar recordings in standard 3rd party format?

I'm also encountering this issue right now. I usually download webinar recordings for editing in third-party tools and find it frustrating when the recording isn’t at 30 fps, as it requires extra steps for frame rate conversion through interpolation. It would be ideal if there were an option to optimize the recordings directly for 30 fps to save time and avoid quality loss during editing. If anyone has figured out a solution or workaround for this, I’d greatly appreciate the insight!
