Hamachi Cancellation And Refund
Dear Hamachi Support Team,
I'm reaching out to ask for the cancellation of my current Hamachi subscription and a refund for the most recent charge.
I have encountered the following issues:
1. The subscription was set to auto-renewal without my explicit consent.
2. I have been unable to remove my card from the payment method.
3. I was charged for a renewal that I did not intend to make.
4. I never planned to subscribe to the Hamachi Network Standard plan.
Given these circumstances, I request that you:
1. Cancel my current subscription immediately.
2. Process a refund for the most recent charge to my account.
3. Confirm that no future charges will be made.
Due to the lack of support for South Korean phone numbers and potential language barriers, I would greatly appreciate if you could handle this request via email communication. (There is no south korean region support!)
