I am not the account holder?

After i purchased a Pro account i can't use Logmein anymore!

I can log in to my account but it is still the free account (i paid for Pro with my creditcard)

When i clic on the upgrade button it says that i am not the account holder?

Who is? I still use the same emailadres to log in.

 

When i add a hostcomputer than it says that the subscribtion is Pro (in the LogMeIn settings on the hostcomputer)

When i try to connect to a hostcomputer it says that something whent wrong and returns to my clientaccount.No further information.

 

So my hostcomputer is in a Pro subscribtion now but my clientaccount not(yet).

What is wrong here?

    Hi AshC,

    Yes,I am using this account for probably 15 years now for free, in 2014 we get a message that new accounts aren't free anymore but, because i was a longtime user,  i was able to use my account for free for a few years.

    That was till march 2020, then i have to pay for the account.I payed for Pro first with a sepa, in that time Corona started here and my company stopt al sepa's so the payment was cancelled.Then a week or so later i paid with my creditcard and everything seems to go well, till i logged in.

    Hi Bob,

    Did you used to have this user account and remote PC set up under a free Pro plan of some kind?
