icons on desktop get rearranged when I log in remotely

HiI have a client who always complains his desktop icons get rearranged every time I connect to his PC remotely.This has happened on two PC's Windows 10Pro and Window 11Pro.Im using LogMeIn Pro&nbsp;Anyone experienced anything similar?&nbsp; &nbsp;Any ideas?

Have you noticed if the client's screen resolution changes when you connect? This could be the cause.&nbsp;
