Just did an update to Logmein Client and now getting "Your session may have timed out or you are offline. Please try again later". Tried uninstalling and reinstalling - still the same issue. New - Version 1.3.3795 I can connect to computers just fine. I just cannot get in to the properties of any computer to see notes, computer names etc. This information is vital.....please fix asap!

I called support about this and was told that it was a knoen problem and NO Fix will be coming out ! So it looks like to me a reduction in features without a cost reduction !

I just got off the phone with a support rep. He said that they are aware of the issue and that they WILL be coming out with another update to fix this issue but he does not know when that will be happening. I asked if they can send me the version just prior to this update and he said he did not have access to the prior version. Put me on hold and asked around and nobody else in support has it either. He said he believes a new update will be coming out really soon though.

If they don't have it fixed by then I'll be surprised. One thing each of us can do is to become the squeaky wheel. Call back every day to ask if they have a fix for the problem yet or if they can send a prior version of the LogMeIn client when the feature worked. (and if they do send you a prior version, send it to me too). I know this becomes a bit of a pain for us as it wastes our time, but it can be rather affective as it puts heat on the support reps who can then put heat on the developers to fix it. They want it fixed just so we stop bugging them.

Just wanted to say that I have the same problem with the logmein client, same version. I can connect to computers fine, but if I try to see computer info for any computer, it says "Your session may have timed out or you are offline. Please try again later." I've closed the client and re-opened, rebooted, etc. It is just a problem with this new version. I use this all the time to view notes and computer name, IP address and stuff. I wish I hadn't updated LogMeIn client to the latest version as it worked before I updated. Any way to download that previous version so I can uninstall this version and go back? Either that or put out another update to fix it.

Mine also is working ! I would like to think our complaints had some part in getting the fix but more than likely not we are so small to them. I will continue my subscription. Thanks for fixing it LMI, but you shouldn't have broken it to begin with !

So, the problem was some communication issue on their end after the update. Ya, an email with an update would have been nice, but as long as it is fixed, I'll forgive them.

It appear problem is fixed, but no notification or email or contact from support. No client update needed so apparently issue was somewhere else.

Customer communication on status of problems is key.

Disappointed.

No, you are not understanding correctly. We are able to connect to our client computers just fine. The problem is that when we use the LogMeIn client, if we click the computer info button (little circle with an i in the middle), we always get the error: Your session may have timed out or you are offline. Please try again later.

Before the latest update to 1.3.3795, we were able to see the computer name, IP address, last connection date and time, how long computer has been online, and our notes that we have saved to that PC. Now we just get the above error and cannot see any info for each computer. I've updated the client on 2 computer and both do the same thing now.

Sorry I'm late to this thread.

If I understand you correctly, no matter what you've done, you cannot connect to your existing client computers through your paid LogMeIn subscription?

If it's still happening, could you specify what operating system / web browsers you are utilizing there?

I will check the status of the newest release in the meantime, and update this thread with more information soon.
