LogmeIn Client shows offline. Cannot connect to it.
Hello,
For some reason, i`m getting this when i`m trying to login to LogmeIn Client:
Your computer is offline
Sorry, LogMeIn requires an Internet connection. Please check your network.
(for some reason, i dont have permission to upload screenshot)
Obviously, i do have internet and nothing wrong with the internet connection, as i`m able to surf and use the internet.
Thank you!

Hi pismo100,
That message means that our software is unable to reach our servers. We are not seeing any service issues at this time so this maybe a firewall issue. For a fast resolution I would recommend calling our toll free support so one of our agents can troubleshoot with you directly on your computer https://support.logmein.com/pro/contact

I can access thru the website no problem. It downloads ( and then always deletes) a file to run client on my PC to access a remote computer. But I cannot use the desktop client app.

Hey Kate,
Nop, no proxy, no VPN at all.

andreif first, thanks for your patience throughout all of this. I was hoping that the logs may provide insight.
Another consideration is are you using a VPN or Proxy settings?

Hey Kate,
Thanks for that. I already emailed support and Spencer sent me few older versions to install but still did not work. that`s why i said to ask the forum in hope someone had this before.
i did mentioned to Spencer in the email and over the phone if this is something to do with legacy signin as we are using SSO, but he said shouldnt matter.
So, while i appreciate you open a case on my behalf, just to let you know, i was already with goto support by phone and email and no solution found.
Thank you!
