Mouse click behavior

Question

Something has changed.&nbsp; On 3 different computers with different mouse(s), the right click speed or something has changed. A single right click opens a drop down box and immediately closes it.&nbsp; It is now very touchy.&nbsp; It acts lick it is receiving a double right click.&nbsp; Can't be the computer settings because it happens on all kinds of different equipment. I don't see any adjustments for that in settings.
