Remote mouse won't work on host computer

I am not able to get the mouse on the remote computer to control actions on the host computer. I am able to login and get access, but not do what I need to do because I can't move the mouse.

Has anyone else had this problem? Or do you have suggestions of what to trouble shoot?

I've gone through Security/Privacy and removed and then re-added Logmein permissions, but that hasn't helped. I've also unplugged my router for 30 minutes and then plugged it back in,  but neither helped with my issue.

carlajohnson720  It sounds like you may be attempting to access a newer Macintosh OS, where the security settings sometimes do not recognize permission requests.  If you have someone at the Host PC you may be able to trigger the allowance through a re-installation.

** I expect an updated software version to be released very soon to address the new Mac security requirements.
