using 3 computers with a 2 computer license

In order to disable one of my two computers, and enable another one, the only option I have iis to "Permanently deletes Laptop from this account." Does that mean I wont be able to add it again, after I am done using the other computer? Like Photoshop, I would like to disable one license that is attached to a computer, and enable that program on another computer to stay within my limit.
