Call queue Reports include a column with the name of the number

Hello, I feel like it will help greatly if the phone number report could include a column with the name of the number.

Also the phone number report should include the total amount of calls answered and unansered, right now its not very friendly for analysis purposes.

  • I completely agree. Currently it's very difficult to distinguish company numbers from user numbers, and there's no easy way to identify missed calls from the list.

     

    If you filter by different phone numbers, that can help, but it's time consuming, and as soon as you select a number to explore, the filtered list disappears.
