Include all available features in the Salesforce Integration

Suggestion: It would be nice to have all of the GoTo Connect features available for the Salesforce Integration. Right now we have to pull out phone numbers to send out text through the app rather than sending it out directly through the Salesforce integration. Additionally, we do not have access to the contact center through the integration.
