Hello, I would like to suggest that super admins can have the option to disable and enable queue supervisors from listening to agent conversations.

In addition, conversation between extensions should be blocked this functionality of listening to conversations, as this violates the LGPD law.

 

Olá,  Gostaria de sugerir que os super administradores possam ter a opção de desabilitar e habilitar os supervisores de fila de ouvirem as conversas dos agentes. 

Além disso, conversa entre ramais deveria ser bloqueada essa funcionalidade de ouvir conversas, visto que isso infringe a lei LGPD.

    Allow supervisor access to schedules without having them be a system admin. Whether they access the feature through the supervisory interface or a scrubbed version of the administrative portal that allows for access to their queues or dial plans schedule. Being able to invoke an override from a queue phone using a star code would be nice as well!
