It would be nice if the desktop app's pop-up notification did not take the caret/focus when it comes up. If someone is typing and the phone rings, they aren’t typing anymore!
There seems to be more than a few people out there that are asking how to turn the pop-up off. I think that if it didn't interrupt them it would be more useful.
