We need the ability to store and export SMS/MMS messages, their metadata and content (in case of audits, legal investigations, etc.)

Has there been any development on this? My company is on HubSpot and from everything I read on the integration page, this should already be happening. I've been on with support and they don't seem to have any ideas on how to fix this, even though it says on the GoTo site that this should already be a functionality.
