We have staff who regularly have text message conversations with clients. They would like to be able to download the thread to save as a text file or some format that they can review on their computer. This does not currently appear to be possible. For our company's compliance department, we would need a weekly report AUTOMATICALLY sent to my business email. This report needs to be sent by GoTo with the SMS data to then be archived by Smarsh. I would like to use the SMS feature with GoTo but until I can have an automatic report sent to me weekly, our compliance department will not allow us to use it. Please consider automatic SMS reports! Is there any way to turn these on? Notifications are all good for direct messages, text messages, calls - but nothing pops up for activity in channels. This often results in me glancing at the tray icon and seeing a huge number, and having to catch up after the fact. We can't figure out where this setting is - can anyone help? I would like to see the users extension added back to the filename for recorded calls sent to the Amazon S3 Buckets. I would love to have the ability to unread a read text for future reply. After I read the text message I have to write the phone number down so I could get back to the sender. When we receive an inbound call, the caller is most likely a first-time caller. When we click on the caller's send SMS icon in the far right column, it only sends as a direct SMS that does not show up in the shared inbox. I have had multiple issues with how GoTo's AI reviews a customer's privacy policy. It would be convenient if a customer could request a human review of their SMS campaign and website privacy policy from the SMS compliance page to hopefully minimize failed register attempts and make it easier to understand the suggestions the AI makes and make sure that it is not suggesting to make changes already made to the privacy policy.MMS Image Zoom
We need to be able to zoom into photos / images that are received via MMS within the goto connect app. Currently we are forced to download or take screenshots so that we can perform this process. This is not practical also not all received images/photos need to be downloaded instead just looked at and discarded. Please give us the option to just zoom in/out of an image within goto.
