We use the Cascading Dial Plan and I Schedule each Person On Call by Adding the weeks they are on as Holidays. Its just miserable to program and re program as you have to edit each individual holiday.
Our Use Case is Employee 1 Starts at 8am and is On for 7 Days. Employee 2 Starts at 8am and is On for 7 Days. Employee 3 Starts at 8am and is On for 7 Days
if there was a Node for this you could easily update it as required but more or less its set and forget.
