AI Receptionist warm transfer

Warm transfer in AI Receptionist

The new AI Receptionst transfers calls, but they seem to only be direct transfers.  We have it ask the caller their name and what company they work for. It would be great if the AI Receptionist could do a warm transfer and announce the caller before transfering.  It would be even better if we could tell the AI Receptionist we are busy and transfer the call to voicemail.

    hourig​ It's not on the roadmap yet, but it's very much on the radar and something the team would like to implement in the future.

    hourig​ welcome to the Community! I moved your post to a similar suggestion. While it's not currently on the roadmap, this is something we are considering. Your input certainly helps with prioritizing. Please feel free to vote on this idea too. Thank you!

    Hello

    Our agency would like to use the AI receptionist as a backup. The only blocker is its current inability to perform warm transfers and, when a call isn’t appropriate for transfer, send it to voicemail

    Is this functionality on your development roadmap? If not, can it be added
