Call Reports - External Calls Answered Metric

Within the call reports, it would be nice to have a metric that summarizes External Calls Answered for each user. 

 

We review the call reports on a semi-daily basis and currently filtering External vs. Internal calls amongst co-workers is a cumbersome and manual task.
